Hey Kickstarter backers!

In a poetic twist of fate, Saturday marked one year since the end of The Great Expansion Kickstarter AND it happened to be our first day filming in the studio!!! 

We filmed our D&D Game Day there, but since the Tavern set isn't quite ready, we filmed in the offices! 

We are honestly so overwhelmed by your support, and the fact we can now FILM at the studio is honestly a dream come true. We have no words, and we just want to thank you so much once again.

A reminder on where your rewards are at:

We're filming these in the new studio when it is complete! So you can expect these late in May

These are all reliant on the studio being ready, so they're still a while away ($50+ backers keeping an eye on the blog will know that progress on the studio is well underway!)

Hello Power Coin holders!

As promised with your generous Kickstarter pledge, the time has come for you to join the Exclusive Power Coin Discord Room. This is a place where all Power Coin holders can hang out with us, together! Plus, you’ll have a fancy new badge next to your name in the other VLDL server channels - flaunt it!

You should have received an email with instructions to gain access. The subject line of the email will read: Your access to the exclusive VLDL Power Coin Discord Room.

If you haven't received the email, check your spam folder. If you still can't see it, please email us at [email protected]

Your access may take 7-10 days to be granted, so don't panic if you've completed the instructions but haven't got access yet.

Once your access has been granted, you won't have the ability to chat in the Power Coin channel yet as we will be doing a ‘grand opening’ of the channel on Monday 27th February at 10pm NZT.

However, you will be able to chat in the other general VLDL channels straight away!

Happy 2023! The studio is well underway and we're so close to moving in there. If you want to hear more about the progress, you can access our behind the scenes blog with a late pledge here.

Resolution: Damaged Sticker Sets, Postcard Quality & Cancelled Orders

Hello Adventurers,

We’re so happy to see many of you have received your physical rewards! The majority of physical orders have now been shipped :) *note: The Great Expansion posters are coming separately.

If you haven’t received yours yet (or an email confirming it's on the way), you may be one of the few orders that hasn't been shipped yet, so we appreciate your patience.

Otherwise, it could be for a number of other reasons such as an incomplete address, missing phone number or your country requires a tax code for imports. If your order has been affected by any of these issues, Warren James (the company fulfilling the physical rewards) will have attempted to contact you regarding this. It will come from an email address that has reamaze.com on the end of it. Make sure you respond so they can resolve this for you!

If you are from the following countries, you may have been told your order is cancelled: Greenland, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Bolivia, Zimbabwe, Jersey, Panama, Trinidad & Tobago, Iraq, Finland, Martinque, Ukraine

You will have received an email from Ellie regarding this, so make sure you check that out. 

Also, thanks to everyone who’s got in contact with us & Warren James about damaged Sticker Sets and the poor quality of the Postcards. We are extremely disappointed that this has been your experience with these two products and we’ve been in talks with WJ about resolving this.

We appreciate your support and generosity SO MUCH and the last thing we want is for you to feel unappreciated and not receive what you paid for.

So, here’s how these two particular issues are being solved:

Sticker Sets

If the Sticker Set you received was bent and damaged, please send an email to [email protected] with supporting photos and your order number ASAP. You will be sent a brand new set, with sufficient support packaging so they are not damaged in transit again. You can expect the new order to be shipped within 3 days of contacting Warren James. The window for reporting this is early 2023, however it’s best to report this as soon as you receive the Stickers and they’re damaged. If you have already reported your stickers to Warren James with photos, you don't need to do it again.

Postcards

Every person who purchased the signed postcards will be automatically sent a new set to the quality standard we had originally been promised by Warren James. Therefore you do not need to do anything further - you will receive a new set automatically. You will also receive a complimentary sticker set in this package, so if you were also eligible for a Sticker Set, you do not need to report your damaged set to Warren James. The timeline on new postcards is TBC but could be early 2023.
