Update to reporting window for damaged items

Hello adventurers,

A lot of you have now received your physical rewards - YAY! Don't panic if you haven't had any communication about yours yet; there are thousands of orders to get through so they're being sent in batches.

We've had a few people reach out about damaged goods or missing goods on arrival. We're aware that many Postcards have looked faded and also Sticker Sheets have been arriving bent. We're gutted to hear this, so please be assured we are taking all your feedback seriously and communicating back to the company (Warren James) who are creating and sending the rewards.

On that note, we've chatted to Warren James about the small window you have to report on damaged goods - we agreed that three days was VERY tight. So see below for new windows for reporting any damages/issues:

Damaged items must be reported/emailed within 14 days of receiving them with photos attached to [email protected]. If not reported within 14 days, Warren James will not issue replacements. Viva La Dirt League is not responsible for normal wear and tear to items purchased and will not issue a new item outside of the 14 day window of receiving the item.

If you have received an incorrect item or have experienced another issue with your order, please contact [email protected]. within 14 days of receiving your order with a picture of the items and packing slip.

Lost or stolen packages must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please wait 24 hours after your package is delivered before reporting it lost or stolen. We will issue a replacement for any items still in stock, and store credit for anything out of stock.

If your order has been cancelled without reason or notice, please email [email protected] and we will follow this up for you.

What to do if your rewards arrive damaged

Hello adventurers,

We've been so excited to see you receiving your physical rewards!

Thanks for your patience as we worked on producing and sending them out.

We've had a few people reach out about damaged goods on arrival - so if that's happened to you, then first of all, we are sorry to hear this!

All the physical rewards have been sent by an independent company, so instead of contacting us, here's the quickest way to have your issue resolved if your physical rewards arrive damaged:

Damaged items must be reported/emailed within 3 days of receiving them with photos attached to [email protected]. If not reported within 3 days, Warren James will not issue replacements. Viva La Dirt League is not responsible for normal wear and tear to items purchased and will not issue a new item outside of the 3 day window of receiving the item.

If you have received an incorrect item or have experienced another issue with your order, please contact [email protected]. within 3 days of receiving your order with a picture of the items and packing slip.

Update on rewards - physical items on their way!

Hey backers,

Exciting news - your physical rewards & add-on items are currently being shipped!

So if you are expecting any of the following: 

T-shirt, Sticker Set, Power Coin, Azerim Map, 'Did I Show You This' Mug Face Pins, Signed Postcard 

then you will be receiving an email over the next two weeks with a tracking number of your shipment.  The email will be coming from our VLDL Shop store (same place we sell our merch).

In fact, some of you may have already received it! There are thousands of orders being processed, so they are being shipped in batches. Don't freak out if you haven't received an email just yet :) 

We can't wait for these to be in your hands!

In regards to other rewards still to come, details below:

• Signed Great Expansion Posters ($250+) - these are coming separately from NZ, and they're still a couple of months away
• Early screenings for new episodes, Character GIFs, Opening Day Live-stream, One-shot D&D Game, NPC D&D Adventure, Mural Wall, Walk of Fame, Studio Tour, Bored Employee of the Month - these are all reliant on the studio being ready, so they're still a while away ($50+ backers keeping an eye on the blog will know that progress on the studio is well underway!)
• Video messages ($500+) - still a few months away but we're working on it
• Exclusive/Private Power Coin Discord Channel ($100+) - working on it

Your Digital Power Coin for PAX 2022 is available to download!

Hey backers!

As you may have heard, Adam, Alan, Rowan & Ben are heading to PAX Australia in Melbourne this weekend - Fri 7th Oct & Sat 8th Oct.

They're doing signings and panels, plus secret private signings for Power Coin holders!

Since you haven't quite received your physical Power Coin yet, we've created a digital Power Coin to use at this event. 

If you're a $100+ backer and you're heading to PAX, check your emails for a link to a digital download - the subject line of this email will read "New Digital Content for Viva La Dirt League: The Great Expansion on BackerKit". It is the same process and located in the same location as the digital wallpapers you received a few weeks ago. 

Simply download this token to your computer and show it to PAX Melbourne staff on your phone (or printed) to access the two VLDL private signings - times & locations listed on token. 

*Do not share this with others, it will only make the line you're standing in, longer!

Thanks for your patience while we've been sorting everything out behind the scenes!

As some of you know, we are officially knee-deep in the renovation of our new building! There are thousands of you here, our beloved backers, that may not be caught up on the exclusive behind-the-scenes video blog Great Expansion journey and we want to let you know you can still join in and pledge for the re-opened behind-the-scenes (late-pledge) tier -- Head on over to this page and join in our destructive fun! 

All that said - we're excited to share that we are almost at the point of shipping your physical rewards - YAY :D   

This means we will be locking down your postal addresses this Friday! After Friday, September 16th you'll no longer be able to edit your address. 

If you have moved house or need to update your address:

• Type in the email address you made your pledge with
• You will receive an email with a link to your personalised information - click 'follow this link' (the email will look like this):

• On the web page it takes you to, click 'Edit Your Address' in the top right hand corner: 

• Update your postal address!

Make sure you do this before September 16th to ensure your rewards are sent to the correct address. If you have any questions or have any trouble, you can email us at [email protected]

Regarding Digital Wallpapers

It is official that Rowan has gotten his hands on the keyboard and zipped up some high-rez photos and delivered them to you! Within the next number of hours, if eligible, you'll be receiving your access to the Digital Wallpapers! In fact, you may have already been granted access.

On the survey page where you updated your address (this link), you'll be able to see a button that says "GET YOUR DIGITAL DOWNLOADS" - click that!

• You'll then see this page - click the 'download' button: 

• Once you've click the download button, this will begin downloading a ZIP file to your computer
• When it's downloaded, unzip the folder on your computer (for Mac, double click - for PC, right-click, extract all)
• BOOM! You now have the sexiest wallpapers known to man*

*up for debate, but enjoy them anyway!
