Ah, hello adventurers!

Thanks for your patience throughout this post-campaign process. Unfortunately we're running a week behind with getting these pledge confirmation emails ready due to some tech difficulties. So we're sorry about this! They will be in your inbox early next week instead.

We will be doing a smoke test to about 1000 backers on Friday and then surveys go out to everyone not long after that.

Please note: the emails will be sent out across 10 hours, so don't immediately panic if your friends receive theirs before you do.

In the meantime, take a look at the exclusive limited edition Add-Ons you'll be able to buy!

Remember, these are completely exclusive to Kickstarter backers and will only be available to you for a limited time!

Quick Update

We've been insanely busy, with some huge filming blocks, hunting for our building location, and getting pre-production samples of some of the Kickstarter physical rewards and add-ons! We have also been prepping to send the BackerKit pledge confirmation survey emails. We are so excited to show you the photos of the 4 Kickstarter Exclusive add-ons and the VLDL Power Coin (coming soon)!

BackerKit Pledge Confirmation Survey

We can now confirm you will be receiving this early next week to your email, so keep your eyes peeled! This is required to complete for you to receive your rewards. We will update again once it is sent out!

HOW IT WORKS: 

You'll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit pledge confirmation. It’s important to respond to this email as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfil your rewards. This is also where you will pay for shipping, confirm your postal address, give us your gamertag (of applicable) and choose any Add On's you'd like to purchase. You can also upgrade your pledge if you're eyeing up more of the rewards. 

If you pledged on the Kickstarter, no need to re-pledge, or do anything until next week. If you haven't pledged yet, see below for late-pledge info.

You won't need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your pledge confirmation email. When you receive the email with the link, you'll click the link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!

Hello Adventurers!

Thanks again for your insane support over the past few weeks. We don’t know how to put into words how grateful we are and we’re so excited for what our future holds for VLDL, because of you!

So what comes next?

Kickstarter has a 2 week window where they process all the pledges and organise the financial stuff - and in the meantime we are actively preparing on our end as well!

Keep an eye out over the next few weeks for your Pledge Confirmation, arriving in your email inbox! We’ll send another update once it goes out. This will allow you to:

• Confirm or upgrade your pledge (you can still up your tier and get all the rewards still)
  
• Confirm your shipping details for physical rewards
  
• Confirm your email address for digital rewards
  
• Pick any of the 4 Add-Ons you’d like to purchase (mug, pins, map, signed postcard)
  
• Pay shipping for Physical Rewards + Add-Ons
  

It’s super important you fill this out so we can ensure your rewards are fulfilled :)

It’s not too late! We are still accepting late pledges -

This means if you or someone you know would like to support the campaign, we are accepting pledges. These pledges won’t go towards stretch goals anymore, but they will still go towards the studio and you’ll still get the awesome rewards and gain access to our exclusive add-ons!

Are you having trouble with your payment?

We’re aware that some credit card payments are bouncing. This is somewhat expected and the most common reason is either that your Kickstarter account has an old or expired card in the system that needs updating, your account had insufficient funds or an error, or if you pledged a larger amount (we appreciate you) it is possible that you might have exceeded your bank’s daily transaction limits.

Never fear, all of this has a solution!

Kickstarter will continue to attempt payments for a few more days which means you may be able to update your info, and it might resolve. But if your pledge still hasn't been processed - don’t worry! We can take your payment through BackerKit, our Pledge Management software partner, when you complete your pledge confirmation in a few weeks.
